ACME Group entered plastic industry since 1997 focusing on the sales and technical service for SHINI auxiliary equipment initially, and then Sumitomo-Demag high performance injection molding machines, after that becoming to involve in the design and manufacture of high-precise molds and tooling. Having long experience in the system integration, ACME became to provide system total solutions for the worldwide customers. ACMEPAK, subordinated to ACME Group, relaying on its advantage of integrated system resources, producing all kinds of thin-walled and multi-cavity plastic packing products for foods, medical and cosmetics. The unique technology of In-Mold-Labeling (IML) has advantages of anti-fake, good appearance, high performance/price ratio, recyclable and flexible design that can meet all kind of application demands fully. Besides, Acmepak has long experience in the design and manufacture of molds and tooling in its self-owned mold making factory in which a large number of advance machining facilities, such as high-speed lathes from Mazak and Agie Charmilles respectively, and CNC machining centers from Makino are expensively installed. Furthermore, in our new factory, there is a Class 100000 Clean Room of 2200 M2 floor space and has more than 20 injection molding machines that are mainly top-of-the-line from Demag, and full-electric line from Sumitomo etc., which provides excellent platform for safe production of plastic packaging under strict health and safety standards. Acmepak is taking the lead in setting new technical standard for the plastics packaging industry under the support of its rich industry resources, powerful technical team and high-class workshop.
